Of course, for those with experience, we also offer attentive instruction tailored to your skill level.

About Arrival
If the previous class has not yet finished, you may be asked to wait outside if you arrive more than 15 minutes before the start time.
Features of the Class
Since opening in August 2003, more than 1,000 participants have joined our classes. We use premium domestically produced stone-milled soba flour, and our instructor provides passionate and easy-to-understand guidance.
Each participant uses their own set of tools
You will make 400g (approximately 4–5 servings) to take home
Small-group setting, safe and comfortable for beginners
For those who wish to learn further, we also offer a “Soba Making Practice Course”
Class Flow
After observing a demonstration by the instructor, you will make soba yourself. *If there are only 2–3 participants, the demonstration may be omitted in order to provide more detailed individual instruction.
Each step is explained clearly and carefully, so even first-time participants can join with confidence. Because of the small-group format, questions can be addressed immediately as the class progresses.
☆★ Comments from Participants ★☆
“It takes more strength than I expected—I’m breaking a sweat.” “Freshly made soba really is delicious!!” “I’m really looking forward to eating my own soba at home.” “It was fun. I’ll join again once I forget how to make it.” “I want to earn a soba-making rank!!” and more.
Everyone is a little nervous at first, but as the process continues, smiles naturally begin to appear. Voices such as “Hmm? It’s not stretching well.” and “I cut it better than I thought!” can be heard here and there, and the classroom becomes filled with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
There are many delicious soba restaurants, but the taste of freshly made soba that you prepare yourself is truly exceptional. It also makes a wonderful gift for your family. 🎁 We warmly invite you to experience the enjoyment and deliciousness of soba making. We sincerely look forward to welcoming you.
